Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for using Wondercide products. Thousands of people successfully use our products for Pets, People & Property and enjoy the safe, effective results. We are available to create a dialog with you to help you remedy any issue you are experiencing or want to prevent. Our team has over 20 years of experience in this field and we can talk you through most any situation. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returning items to Wondercide is easy. Returns must be initiated within 60 days after the item was shipped.
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned unopened, in their original condition at the time of sale, including the original packaging, labels, containers, etc. Do not mark or deface original containers. We will not accept returns if packaging is opened or not in its original condition – we will return the items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Wondercide.com reserves the right to withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
Wondercide.com will provide a full refund to you for returned items, less any shipping costs incurred to ship your order.
How To Return
- Contact our customer service department in advance of return to notify us that you would like to return a product. Please state the reason for the return and your order number. Most items that have not been opened can be returned. Exceptions will be made if the item is materially defective in some way.

- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) and that the shipment be insured in case the package is lost. Once we receive and process your return we will give you a refund less any shipping costs on your order. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed.
Refund & Credit
If you purchased by credit card, your card will be credited for the applicable amount within 1-2 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a check from Wondercide for the applicable amount of the return by mail approximately 2 weeks after the returned product has been received. If you prefer a store credit, you will be issued the credit within 1-2 business days of receipt.
We want your experience with Wondercide to be simple, positive, and memorable. All orders are shipped with proper insurance, but we are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier. To provide the best customer experience possible, please complete the steps below so we can process the insurance claim on your behalf. We will then be able to take the appropriate steps to replace the damaged or leaked product as quickly as possible.
- Contact us before returning any products.
- Keep all damaged products, packaging and packing materials.
- Take photos of the box and packing materials, showing any damage, leaking, etc.
- Take photos of the product that was damaged, including the cap or closure on the bottle
- Send photos, your name, and order ID to firstname.lastname@example.org
