Shipping & Local Delivery

• Orders typically ship within 24 Business Hours
  Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
• Most orders placed by 3 PM CST will ship on the SAME BUSINESS DAY in most cases
• Local orders will be delivered to your front door within 1 Business Day as schedule permits

Carriers

• US & International Shipping:  UPS and USPS
• UPS INCLUDES Insurance up to $100. Wondercide will pay for Insurance on orders over $100
• UPS will NOT ship to PO BOX and DOES NOT include insurance*
• USPS will ship to PO BOX, however, this option is not available for large items or “package deals”
• For your convenience we do not require a signature for UPS delivery

*Packages shipped USPS Flat Rate or Priority Mail are offered as a lower cost option and do not have insurance coverage. If the package is lost or never received once it leaves our facility, Wondercide is not responsible for replacement or refund.  If you want to “insure” your package, please select UPS.

• UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days: Based on Weight, Size, Location
• UPS 3 Day Select:: 3 Business Days: Based on Weight, Size, Location
• UPS Next Day Air: 3 pm: Does not include Saturday delivery: Based on Weight, Size, Location
• USPS Priority Mail, Flat Rate:  3-6 Business Days

Please note: Shipping cost comes DIRECTLY from the Service Provider and is based on Weight, Size, and Location. We DO NOT charge additional shipping or handling charges. Shipping estimates & actual charges are provided at time of purchase through our online integration with UPS.

Please note: Wondercide reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense to benefit the customer. Wondercide is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
