Our cedar oil products contain a proprietary, modified cedar oil that is then formulated with natural inert ingredients. When the natural and organic ingredients are combined, they create a superior biological pest control causing 100% knockdown and death to insects and parasites.  Wondercide products are highly effective repellents and widely used in IPM (Integrated Pest Management) as well.

How are the products different?

Here’s some practical examples to better explain.  Many shampoos contain the same active ingredient, but a $5 brand does not work like a $35 brand.  The magic is in the formulation and proven results.  There are literally thousands of pest control products that contain the active ingredient “Permethrin”.  These products range from spot on flea control to fire ant treatment and the sprays pest control service companies use. There are name brands and generics, but they all contain the same active ingredient, Permethrin.  Some are more effective and more expensive than others. Cedar Oil as an active ingredient is no different.  There are less than one hundred brands currently using cedar oil in pest control products, but as the market turns “green”, you will see it used more and more.  Pest control products containing Cedar Oil are not created equal. As with all essential oils, everything from the distillation process to the end formulation play a significant role in the end result.
