Returns & Refunds

Our PAWSitive Experience Team is eager help you remedy any issue you are experiencing, or want to prevent, using Wondercide products. Our highly experienced team can talk you through most any situation. If for any reason you aren’t seeing the results you’d hoped for with a Wondercide product, we're here to help! In the instance that you'd still like to return your order, please see below.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our number one concern! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return orders valued below $225 within 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered for a full product refund less original shipping costs. 

Repeat returns for the same item are at the discretion of the Company. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping

Unless the incorrect item was received, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. You are encouraged to insure your shipment and retain the tracking information should any issues arise during delivery.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds for returned items will be for the cost of the products, less any shipping costs incurred.

How to Return

Email our PAWSitive Experience Team at hello@wondercide.com in advance of return to notify us that you would like to return a product with a short explanation as to the reason for your return. We respond to refund requests as quickly as possible, but always within 24 business hours.

After you’ve heard back from our PAWSitive Experience Team on next steps, return your products to:

You must include your order number with your return shipment to be eligible for a return. Order numbers may be found online within your customer account, or by referencing your order confirmation email.

Refunds and Credits

If you paid by credit or debit card, your card will be credited for the applicable amount within 1-5 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a check from Wondercide for the applicable amount of the return by mail approximately 2 weeks after the returned product has been received.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.


Shipping & Delivery

Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS within the US; International orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier and are based on weight, size and your proximity to our warehouse. Please note you will be responsible for international taxes and tariffs if shipping internationally.

All shipping times are estimates, and may vary during peak seasons such as holidays.

  • USPS Priority Mail | 1-3 business days
  • UPS SurePost (Economy) | 2-6 business days
  • UPS Ground | 1-5 business days
  • UPS 3 Day Select | 3 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air | 2 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air | 1 business day

Wondercide is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of one or more items in your order, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance at our expense as soon as the item(s) become available.

Damaged Shipments

All Wondercide orders are shipped with proper packaging and insurance. If your package arrives damaged, please follow the steps below.

Missing Shipments

We’re sorry to hear your package is missing! These tips may help you locate your package:

    Check your order receipt to ensure your address was entered correctly.

    If the carrier tried to deliver the package, there may be an attempt notice.

    A package may be inside the mailbox or at a side door, not the front door.

    Check to see if any of your neighbors saw a package or even picked it up.

    Automated delivery notices may come up to a day before the actual delivery.
