Wondercide insect control products have been in formulation since 1992. All of our products are laboratory tested & proven effective prior to being released for sale. Repeat applications are sometimes required when infestations are present or when proper treatment of all areas was not administered. Having said that, it is impossible to go home with every item we sell and subsequently we have no influence on the application procedure. It is the buyers responsibility to purchase the appropriate item(s) and amount for your specific insect control endeavor.
RETURNS
Our Return Policy is simple and we want you to be happy with every purchase. Within 30 days of the date of invoice, you may return any item you purchased from Wondercide.com for a full refund (less 20% restocking fee) of applicable charges or store credit provided:
• Items are in original new condition with all materials, paperwork, and accessories intact.
• Items that are abused, broken, used, or damaged may not be returned.
• Please note that original and return shipping charges are not refundable.
HOW TO RETURN
Notify us by e-mail of your intention to return an item. Include name, order number, order details and if you would prefer a refund or store credit. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. For your protection we advise that you include insurance for the value of the item returned and a tracking number. We must be able to track your return in case of loss and cannot refund lost returns.

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. We sincerely want you to be happy with the items you purchase from Wondercide. If you have any problems with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
REFUND & CREDIT
If you purchased by credit card, your card will be credited for the full applicable amount (less credit card processing fees) within 10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a check from Wondercide for the full applicable amount of the return by mail approximately 2-4 weeks after the returned product has been received. If you prefer a store credit you will be informed and store credit will be issued within 10 business days of receipt.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We want your experience with Wondercide to be simple, positive, and memorable. To that end, we will replace all damaged or defective merchandise for an identical item. Please contact us before returning any products. All orders are shipped with proper insurance, and we are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier. If items are received damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange accommodations on your behalf with the carrier.
