All About Fog

The TRI-JET Fogger provided by Wondercide is a unique, high quality fogger that delivers an adjustable range of VMD (volumetric mean diameter) solution in the form of a dry or wet fog. This is referred to as "ULTRA LOW VOLUME". The TRI-JET is a NON-THERMAL fogger suggesting that no heat is required to create the high pressure discharge fog. In essence, it is a sophisticated hand held and portable atomizer machine that will not flame up and expose its user to burn issues. The TRI-JET Fogger will discharge a fog of up to 20 feet and will easily deliver the forced fog into difficult to treat areas. A continued stationery location of the fogger will in time fill the total area with fog. This is often necessary in attic treatments.

The efficacy of a prudent fogging protocol is the direct result of the science and content of the fogging solution. Wondercide manufactured products lead the World in formulation of NON CHEMICAL fogging solutions. We provide the International markets with both aqueous and Silicic acid based carriers that offer a wide range of modified cedar oil as the active ingredient. Cedar oil allows us to achieve molecular weights considerably lower than that obtainable with petroleum distillates or pyrethroid substances.

The use of Wondercide BioDefense solution will provide the ultimate in insect mortality in enclosed structures such as attics, homes, hotel/motels, poultry houses, barns, apartments, dormitories, office buildings, warehouses, shipping containers and an array of other endeavors. The ability of the cedar oil and the Silicic acid carrier to dilute itself to a low molecular weight delivery solution is instrumental in exposure of the cedar oil active to the insect or parasite at large. When introduced to molecular crowding, delivery is consummated and insect mortality will prevail. Since the discharge fog is heavier than air, settlement of the fog into the walls and lower areas when conducting attic treatments will prove to be a very effective and prudent exercise that will eliminate termites from any structure. A ULV treatment agenda with BioDefense used as a miticide will provide incomparable results in eradication of numerous species of Mites, a microscopic parasite.

The insect control results of fogging are related directly to the "Migration to Atmosphere" of the cedar oil active ingredient. For inside use we recommend BioDefense which has a reduced flash off rate (evaporation) and when confined to any roofed area, retains a lengthy residual. Outside fogging where there is exposure to plant life will require you to utilize the water diluted EcoTreat to avoid Phyto-Toxic burn to the vegetation.

The use of EcoTreat will provide the ultimate in insect repelling endeavors and knockdown of airborne pests. This inexpensive water soluble cedar oil concentrate will create a fog that immediately interrupts the pheromones of flying insects, creating an "OFF LIMITS" area. It can be used inside and outside as a delivery agent of the cedar oil active.

RENTAL TERMS & AGREEMENT

TERMS: The rental period begins when equipment arrives at the client's designated location and continues until the return of the equipment to Wondercide LLC. If the equipment is picked up at Wondercide LLC, the rental period begins on that day and continues until the equipment is returned to Wondercide LLC unless other arrangements are made in writing. The Rental time will be 5 days from the date of receipt. On or before the 5th day, the Equipment must be returned to Wondercide LLC, P.O. Box 634, Seabrook, TX 77586. An email with the Tracking number will be emailed to info@wondercide.com . If after the 6th day Wondercide has not been notified of return shipment, a fee of $20 USD per day (up to the cost of the equipment) will be charged to the card on file.

SHIPPING and TAXES: Shipment of equipment provided by Wondercide LLC is paid for by Client. The shipping charges will be added to your invoice, which will include insurance and a tracking number. The client is responsible for any and all return shipping costs, including insurance, and tax.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: The client assumes all financial responsibility for the loss of any rental equipment obtained through Wondercide LLC. The client is financially responsible for any and all repairs to rental equipment due to misuse, abuse, or accidental damage. The client agrees to inspect all rental equipment upon receipt. Should rental equipment fail to operate correctly, or is damaged upon receipt, the client shall notify Wondercide LLC within 24 hours of receipt of equipment in order to remedy the situation.

USE OF EQUIPMENT: The equipment is only for use with Wondercide products. The client shall use rental equipment in accordance with all laws and other governmental requirements and the manufacturer's instructions and specifications. The client shall not assign or sublet equipment or allow any alterations, modifications or repairs of any rental equipment by anyone other than Wondercide LLC without prior written consent of Wondercide LLC. All rental equipment is cleaned prior to shipment from Wondercide LLC. It is the client's sole responsibility that the integrity of the product has been maintained during transit and is in accordance with any work plans or specifications. The client shall bear the entire risk of loss or damage to the equipment from any cause, and shall indemnify and hold Wondercide LLC harmless from any and all litigation, losses, costs and expenses arising out of use, possession, operation or renting of equipment.

RETURN OF EQUIPMENT: Upon completion of use, the client shall return the equipment to Wondercide LLC, Seabrook TX, in substantially the same condition that it was first received. The equipment is only for use with Wondercide products. Failure to comply will result in the full charge of the equipment to the client. The client shall be responsible for any repairs or service necessary to restore damaged equipment including parts and labor. The client shall be responsible for replacement of any lost or damaged accessories and manuals. The client shall properly pack the equipment for return shipment and shall be responsible for loss or damage caused during the return shipment.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is due at the time of rental. See TERMS above for related information.

LIABILITY: In no event will Wondercide LLC be liable for any consequential, incidental, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use of any equipment, damage to other equipment, damage to personal items, personal property, or cost of substitute equipment and downtime costs. Wondercide LLC shall not be responsible for loss or damage to a clients business, property, or for injury or death to persons. The client shall indemnify Wondercide LLC and hold it harmless from any claims for any of the foregoing, including associated legal fees and expenses.

AGREEMENT: The above listed terms and conditions are the only terms and conditions under which Wondercide LLC will rent equipment. This agreement may not be altered or modified except in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Wondercide LLC. If any provision in this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such holding shall not be deemed to render any other provision hereof invalid or unenforceable.

Permission to print a copy these terms and conditions is permitted. Upon online rental payment for equipment, the client accepts and agrees to these terms and conditions.
