Orders

Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to ship orders within 24 business hours. Orders that contain a product on backorder will ship as a complete order when all items are available. Any order placed after 12:00pm CT for USPS, after 3:00pm CT for any other carrier, or on Saturday/Sunday will begin processing the following business day in the order of receipt.

Once an order is placed and has been "marked as shipped," that order is final and cannot be changed, so please be sure you've stocked up on the things you really want before submitting your order.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via USPS or UPS at Wondercide's discretion. Expedited shipping can be arranged at the customer's expense by contacting hello@wondercide.com or calling 877-896-7426 immediately after an order is placed.

We currently do not ship pest control products to Indiana and New Mexico because our labels are not registered with the state. Fortunately, we are able to sell all of our other products in Indiana and New Mexico. That includes our skin care products, ear care drops, supplements, treats and toys.

Currently we ship internationally to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland

Please note that you will be responsible for international taxes and tariffs if shipping internationally.

UPS SurePost and USPS will ship to a P.O. box; however, this option may not be available for larger orders. Please call 877-896-7426 if you have questions.

Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier and are based on weight, size and your proximity to our warehouse.

Packages shipped USPS Flat Rate or Priority Mail are offered as a lower cost option and do not have insurance coverage. If the package is lost or never received once if leaves our facility, Wondercide is not responsible for the replacement or refund.

Delivery

Your Package may be delivered by one of the following methods, depending on the option selected at checkout:

  • USPS First Class Mail: 1-3 business days for packages under 13oz. Transit times vary depending on zip code.
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days. Transit times vary depending on zip code.
  • USPS Priority Mail International: Delivery varies based on location.
  • UPS SurePost*: 3-5 business days. Transit times vary depending on zip code.
  • UPS Ground: 2-4 business days. Transit times vary depending on zip code.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days. Any order placed after 3:00pm CT or on Saturday/Sunday will begin processing the following business day.
  • UPS Overnight: 1 business day. Any order placed after 3:00pm CT or on Saturday/Sunday will begin processing the following business day.

*This is the most common shipping method for “Free” and “Economy Shipping” on packages over 13oz.

Delivery times can vary depending on the carrier and the time of year. International orders and orders outside of the contiguous US may experience longer transit times unless an express shipping method is selected at checkout. We currently offer free shipping for stateside order $49+ (including Hawaii and Alaska). This offer is not valid for international shipping.

Please note that Wondercide is not responsible for any international taxes or tariffs. Shipping cost comes directly from the service provider and is based on weight, size and location. We do not charge additional shipping or handling charges. Shipping estimates and actual charges are provided at the time of purchase. Wondercide reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense to benefit the customer. Wondercide is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.

Missing Shipments

We’re sorry to hear your package is missing! These tips may help you locate your package:

If the carrier tried to deliver the package, there may be an attempt notice.

Check to see if any of your neighbors saw a package or even picked it up.

Automated delivery notices may come up to a day before the actual delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our number one concern! Our PAWSitive Experience Team is eager to help you remedy any issues you are experiencing, or want to prevent, using Wondercide products. If for any reason you are still not satisfied with the results of your Wondercide product and would like to return the product, you may return orders valued below $225 within 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered for a full product refund less original shipping costs.

Repeat returns for the same item are at the discretion of the Company. CCustomer is responsible for return shipping charges.

How to Return

Email our PAWSitive Experience Team at hello@wondercide.com in advance of return to notify us that you would like to return a product with a short explanation as to the reason for your return. We respond to refund requests as quickly as possible, but always within 24 business hours.

You must include your order number with your return shipment to be eligible for a return. Order numbers may be found online within your customer account, or by referencing your order confirmation email.

Shipping

Unless the incorrect item was received, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. You are encouraged to insure your shipment and retain the tracking information should any issues arise during delivery.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds for returned items will be for the cost of the products, less any shipping costs incurred.

Refunds & Credits

If you paid by credit or debit card, your card will be credited for the applicable amount within 1-5 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a check from Wondercide for the applicable amount of the return by mail approximately 2 weeks after the returned product has been received.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
