2 cups gluten free rolled oats (can substitute quinoa flakes)3 large overripe bananas, mashed

1/4 cup chocolate chips of choice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350, then line a cookie sheet with some parchment paper. Set aside.
