We do our best to ship orders within 24 business hours. Some orders may take a few days to process depending on order volume. Orders that contain a product on backorder will ship as a complete order when all items are available. Any order placed after 12:00pm CT for USPS, after 3:00pm CT for any other carrier, or on Saturday/Sunday will begin processing the following business day in the order of receipt.
Once an order is placed and has been marked as "shipped," that order is final and cannot be changed. Please be sure you've stocked up on the things you really want before submitting your order.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via USPS or FedEx at Wondercide's discretion.
We ship skincare to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We ship pest protection to most states with a few exceptions noted here.
We currently do not ship any products outside the U.S. We do not ship to U.S. territories including Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands or to Army Post Office boxes (APO's).
Sales and promotions can create BUSY days! We call in extra help to get shipments out the door as fast as possible. If there are delays with your order, please know we’re doing all we can to get it to you.
US Addresses: FedEx and USPS
FedEx Ground Economy (formerly SmartPost) and USPS will ship to a P.O. box; however, this option may not be available for larger orders. Please call us at 877-896-7426 if you have questions.
Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier and are based on weight, size and your proximity to our warehouse.
Packages shipped USPS Flat Rate or Priority Mail are offered as a lower cost option and do not have insurance coverage. If the package is lost or never received once if leaves our facility, Wondercide is not responsible for the replacement or refund.
Your Package may be delivered by one of the following methods, depending on the option selected at checkout. Please note: all carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

USPS First Class Mail for packages under 13oz: 1-6 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-5 business days
FedEx Ground: 1-5 business days (3-7 days to AK and HI)
Transit times for expedited FedEx services:
FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days
FedEx Standard Overnight: next business day
Any order placed after 3:00pm CT or on Saturday/Sunday will begin processing the following business day.

We currently offer free shipping for orders $49+ (including Hawaii and Alaska). Shipping cost comes directly from the service provider and is based on weight, size and location. We do not charge additional shipping or handling.
Shipping estimates and actual charges are provided at the time of purchase. Wondercide reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense to benefit the customer. Wondercide is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
We’re sorry to hear your package is missing! These tips may help you locate your package:
1. CONFIRM ADDRESS.
Check your order receipt to ensure your address was entered correctly.
2. LOOK FOR A NOTICE.
If the carrier tried to deliver the package, there may be an attempt notice.
3. CHECK THE MAILBOX.
A package may be inside the mailbox or at a side door, not the front door.
4. ASK YOUR NEIGHBORS.
Check to see if any of your neighbors saw a package or even picked it up.
5. WAIT AN EXTRA DAY.
Automated delivery notices may come up to a day before the actual delivery.

Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number one concern. Our Customer Love Team is here to help you remedy any issues you are experiencing, or want to prevent, using Wondercide products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results of your Wondercide product and would like to return the product, you may return orders valued below $225 within 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered for a full product refund less original shipping costs.
Repeat returns for the same item are at the discretion of the Company. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Email our Customer Love Team at hello@wondercide.com to notify us that you would like to return a product. Please include a short explanation as to the reason for your return. We respond to refund requests as quickly as possible, but always within 24 business hours.

Please include your order number with your return shipment to be eligible for a return. Order numbers are found online within your customer account, or by referencing your order confirmation email or the included packing slip.
Unless the incorrect item was received, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. You are encouraged to insure your shipment and retain the tracking information should any issues arise during delivery.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds for returned items will be for the cost of the products, less any shipping costs incurred.
If you paid by credit or debit card, your card will be credited for the applicable amount within 1-5 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
